Bennie, all 48-59 models used the double diameter Schrader valve stem and the large nut. One cap is a cap, the other cap has the tool. Both caps and the large nuts are nickle plated. Also ALL valve stems are BLACKENED BRASS. Most everyone will tell you to nickle plate them, but they failed to do their research. Review ALL Factory pictures and you can see for yourself.
