I used ITS for a title a year ago or so. At that time the registration was in Louisiana with a notice that Louisiana provided no title and the registration was as good. I got the bike titled in Oregon some 100-130 days later just breezed right through.. my experience with ITS was good.

I would be curious what they would give you for a "Maine title". Maine uses titles only for vehicles that are newer than 15 years old. We are a no-title state for older than 1994. A bill of sale is used for older than 1994 to transfer ownership and it is always a pain in the neck when selling something to someone in a title state. Jim

This may be an old exchange question but, has anyone used ITS-Titles.com to obtain a Maine title? To me $145 would be well worth it, the State of Washington is a pain in the ass!
I have to have the bike inspected by the State Patrol and file under "Doubt of Ownership" and wait three years for a title. In the meantime I can register and tag the bike but still no title.
