I have installed a new throttle cable in on a 51'. I have put the throttle handle on and locked the ring into place, and am only getting about 1cm of movement in the throttle cable. Have I missed a step? I did lock the throttle ring into place inside the handlebars... Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
