Looking good Joe! I just got my rebuilt '49 crank back from Mutt last week and as you say you always get top quality results from Mutt's shop. Be sure to keep posting progress pictures as your bike comes together. ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Got the frame back from powder coater. It looks good; the color is Mirror Black. The fork springs and steering head bearings should arrive in tomorrow's mail. That will complete the necessary parts for rebuilding the frame. Also coming tomorrow will be 2 sets of spokes and nipples to re-lace the wheel. Soon I'll have a rolling frame...can't wait. Next up - the engine. I've got Mutt lined up to rebuild my crank assembly - the heart of the machine deserves the best and Mutt's the best by all accounts. Onward thru the fog! Joe Mc
