I put a 6v to 12v converter in my headlight bucket and run my lights through this, I cannot see how you'd rewind the generator to put 12 volts out. but my experience is with slot cars.. I also use only LEDs for running lights (& a 55watt high beam) these running lights draw less than 1/4 what the original would and If I'd gotten the charging system working I could probably maintain the battery with the generator. I rode for 4.5 hours on one charge. ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Is there a way to switch a hummer from 6 volts to 12? Let me know. Thanks
