Joker, whoever sold ya the switch ought to have his butt kicked (cause he probably did it to everyone he sold the switches to). That's just shows laizness and a disrespect for his customers, to take advantage of them by selling the "unfinished products" and leaves it to the customer to fend for themselves, knowing most people won't have a clue about where to look for the missing part. You can buy the nuts for cheap. I bought a hand full of those switches. They are actually made by the same company that made the original (Arc Les) You can get them at most hardware stores. It is called a lamp socket nut.
The replacement switches I bought work fine, just the terminals on the back side of the switch are located differently. Let me look in the "switch" box and see if I have any of the nuts left for the switches I bought. I think i sold most all the switches (and I not only included the nut, but also "hand fit" the correct mounting bracket and even powdercoated the bracket, assembled it and included the mounting screws/nuts/locks to boot, NO CHARGE. That's the way ya keep customers.

Oh, xxxx, BTW if you would like to buy some nuts for these switches ya have left, email me, they only cost $6 each !!!

Has anyone purchased one of the aftermarket headlamp switches and found there was no nut on the switch????
What kind of a nut would that take to make it complete.
I know,I have been warned that the repop switches do not function like the originals{do`nt remember what part doesnt} but Mine original switch does`nt work at all.
Maby i would be better off jumpering the headlamp, taail lamp and the voltage coil wires together and putting the original switch back on for show.
Any hints or suggestions????
OH YEAH,it is for a 1957 model B 125cc Hummer.
