I was visiting my local Harley dealer a few days ago. They know I have a 57 165. The parts guy had seen this on a cable TV program and told me about it. I just assumed he made a mistake and the price was probably $7k . (instead of 17).

Walt ,did you see it ? I was there. It was the finest example of a Hummer I have ever seen. A 100 point winner at any concourse , IMHO.I was however surprised as well.

On Thursday, 8/18, a 1956 (or '57) "Hummer" ST165 sold for $17,000 at the Mecum Auction. Wow?


This is not a correct color is it? I've looked through the paint chapters and unless I missed something I don't see this color.
