I've cut a new tunnel and moved the fuel fill and drain holes. Made new mount tabs and was caught with a "Hummmer" tank on a '50. This by a non-small bike guy. When I sold the bike the buyer noticed the tank bottom has not a "B" tank I admitted it, he still bought it, but the whole shape seem quite different to me. Leroy you probably have the skills to repair it but it's a lot of work. ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- I guess it is possible to use a sportster tank on a hummer, use the Hummer Hammer in the tool box. I have seen this used on handlebar installs but never a fuel tank. Bids? |
