Someone named "Jack" (no last name given) posted an inflammatory message regarding his private business dealings with Stan Waite. The webmasters deleted the inappropriate message. This is not the place to present one-sided allegations. Jack - a better course of action would have been to contact the webmasters. While we do not get in the middle of contractual disputes (that's the job of the courts), we can privately discuss the problem with both sides, and see if some resolution can be reached.
