We get this question a lot, and it's pretty hard to answer without knowing a lot more about the bike.

"Needs to be restored" could mean a paint job, or it could mean thousands of dollars to replace missing, dented, or wrong parts.

If you include a picture of it, we'd have a lot more to work with.

The engine might have a little piece of dirt stuck in the carburator ($0), or it might need a complete rebuild ($1000). It's pretty hard to tell from here.

What is a 1948 Harley Hummer 125 worth, it needs to be restored. Does not run does, but does turn over
