No kidding, although it got a little dramatic at times I did read the whole thing. Kind of a train wreck thang. If we could get these two arguing over which tire has the original Harley air in it we'd have the makings for a movie of the week. Come on boys lets bury the hatchet ... life's too short. John. ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- BOY AM I GLAD I HAVE MY 55ST JUST THE WAY I WANT IT AND DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ALL THIS STUFF. ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Mutt, Just how do you know how often I frequent this site? As far as parts books go, please look at your post 16758 I have many "notes" in the books that my Father has made, he was going to write a "How to Restore Book" but sadly it never got done. Leroy ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Thanks Leroy, but I already have all the original parts books from 1948-65 (If you would frequent this site and look at "Restore Chapter 07, you would see them) I don't care much for the BobCat, so don't need that book. ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Oh Yes, The Bobcat speedo was mounted above the top plate in a bucket so no bracket was needed. I do have copies of parts books for sale if you want to come in with the times... Leroy |
