Steve, You have the early piston/rod with the brass bushing in the rod. I have a NOS Harley 125 .010 and .020 Pistons. I also have NOS rods for that motor. I think the early small pin 125 pistons are difficult to find. I put a later 125 rod (roller pins) rod in my 49 engine...can now use the later 125 pistons, but mine is a basket case bike that will be a rider only. Sounds like you have a low milage motor that you are keeping stock.

Anybody got a .04 over piston for a 49 S? The piston I need has a .504 diameter piston pin.
