Updated email configuration

We have updated the Forum's email configuration. Some users have complained about not receiving the automatic emails when someone posts a new message. This update implements SMTP AUTH over SSL - whatever that might be. This is a requirement that is being phased in by GMAIL and other mail servers, who are starting to reject mail sent the traditional way. We think this will solve the missing email problem. But if you do experience problems, let us know.
