Can anyone recommend an expansion chamber exhaust that will work with the 1956 165st engine.

Call GemCo products in Houston Texas. They can build whatever ya want. Here is a pic of what you might want This is Pucketts version from the late 50's

Just curious: did Puckett have improvements for stopping as well?
‘Stopping’ just makes ‘Going’ that much more fun.

No, not that I know of. It your brakes are adjusted right, you should be able to stop pretty much on a dime ( or atleast skid to a halt)

Sorry, It's Jemco. https://www.jemcoexhaust.com get a price on 2 of them. They have made this pipe before. I can use one on a upcoming project

Apparently Jemco has moved to Louisville Kentucky. It sounds like they will look at the drawing and get back to me. Hopefully all goes well.

They just recently (with the last 2 yeqars or so, made one of those pipes from the print.
